Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 has the purpose of guaranteeing that data processing is carried out with full respect for the rights, fundamental freedom and dignity of the person and with special reference to the right to privacy of the individual. S.p.A. with registered office at no.3 Via dei Pescatori, 55049 Viareggio (LU) by whatever means that will permit the recording of the dispatch and reception of the request. Agreement to the Processing of Personal Data Having read and understood the above information, supplied by the proprietor of the data processing in accordance with paragraph 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, the person concerned agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes indicated in the fore-stated Privacy Policy.
